Terms of Hire

All hires must be returned by 2pm the following working day, Sunday is not our working day

Deposit and identification you will need to hire equipment from us...

You MUST bring ONE of EACH of the following identification with you:

• Photo I.D. (This MUST be one of the following)
  - Driving Licence or Counterpart
  - Current UK Passport
• A Utility Bill (This MUST be one of the following and no older than 3 months)
  - Council Tax Bill
  - Bank Statement
  - Credit Card Statement
  - Utility Bill (gas, electric, Home phone, contract mobile phone bill)

WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY OTHER FORMS OF IDENTIFICATION

Required Cash Deposit:

For the hire of 1 item we will require a £100 deposit, unless hire fee is marked with an *
which we will require a £200 deposit for that single item.
2 or more items will require a £200 deposit

For large hire items (6 or more) we may require to make a credit check (you will be notified first) or, Additional information or ID or a guarantor may be require please ask in store.

(This is a returnable deposit, you will get this back in full providing our equipment is returned in the same working condition as when it was hired to you.)

THE DEPOSIT & ALL HIRE FEES ARE PAYABLE IN CASH
Collections: You must pay for you hire and deposits in CASH when you collect,
we DO NOT accept cheques or credit cards for hire for deposit fees.

You must be over 18 to hire equipment from Sussex Party Shop

Our staffs are not permited to hire equipment unless the above is provided or available
